Plaza Central de Mascota
This place has been considered a town since 1885, and the fertile, agricultural valley, surrounded by hillsides of dense pine, oak and encina (live oak) forests, has not sacrificed the purity and nostalgia of the ancient town. The cobblestone streets, adobe homes and rooms reflect the past, and still retain a unique element that is recognized by all.
Virgen de Dolores Temple
This temple dates from the eighteenth century. A two-part, cantera stone portal and cantera stone Neoclassical altarpiece are preserved on the inside.
